Alma Tejo Residences

The challenge of this visualisation was to capture the silent weight of the building within the urban fabric. A corner volume, precise and contained, that does not compete with the city but defines it. The cantilevered fins, calculated setbacks and mineral facade compose a presence that asserts itself without gesturing.

The white surface of the building acts as a canvas for light, absorbing it in the morning and reflecting it at the end of the day. The compositions were crafted to reveal the fineness of the constructive details: the thickness of the slabs, the depth of the balconies, the precise cut of the dark window frames against the pale tone of the facade.

The urban framing was treated as part of the narrative. Mediterranean vegetation on the street softens the transition between public space and the built volume, conferring a human scale to a programme of undeniably premium presence. The clear sky and direct light reinforce the reading of a building that belongs to a city that aspires to elegance.

The images were conceived to communicate an experience before communicating a floor plan. The quality of the exterior space, the relationship between inside and outside through the glazed balconies, and the restraint of every detail convey what the programme promises: a distinct way of living, where architecture works discreetly in service of those who inhabit it.
